Associate Dentist Opportunity — Private, Doctor-Owned Practice. Our practice is 100% doctor-owned and committed to providing comprehensive, ethical, patient-centered dentistry. As an Associate Dentist, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality general and comprehensive dental care while building lasting relationships with patients of all ages. For dentists interested in expanding their clinical skills, training and mentorship are available for advanced procedures , including molar endodontics, oral surgery, and implant dentistry. Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical and dental history reviews, examinations, radiographs, and diagnosis. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and clearly present treatment options to patients. Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant dentistry as appropriate to your experience and comfort level. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation and patient records in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations. Follow OSHA, infection-control, sterilization, and aseptic protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and team members. Operate dental imaging equipment and appropriately interpret diagnostic images as part of patient evaluation and treatment planning. Collaborate with the dental team to maintain an efficient, organized, and positive patient experience. Utilize Dentrix Ascend cloud-based practice management software for clinical documentation and practice workflow. Educate patients regarding preventive care, oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and post-operative instructions. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable, respected, and informed throughout their care. Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, professionalism, and patient care. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a dentist who is: Compassionate, approachable, honest, and committed to doing what is best for the patient. Confident in general dentistry with a desire to provide comprehensive care. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team. Committed to excellent patient communication and education. Motivated to continue developing clinical skills and expanding their scope of practice. Comfortable exercising clinical judgment and autonomy while recognizing when mentorship or referral is appropriate. Preferred Experience Experience working in a general or comprehensive dental practice. Strong foundation in diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative dentistry. Experience with crowns, bridges, endodontics, extractions/oral surgery, orthodontics, or implant dentistry is a plus. Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, or similar systems is preferred, but training is available. Knowledge of OSHA and infection-control standards. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation: Daily guarantee or competitive percentage of collections, whichever is greater. Lab fees covered (excluding orthodontic laboratory fees).
