Sage Dental is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will perform root canal therapy, endodontic retreatments, and related procedures using advanced technology in a modern, patient-focused setting. You'll collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive endodontic evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for referred patients, including nonsurgical and, when applicable, surgical endodontic procedures. Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and management of dental trauma and cracked teeth using modern techniques, rotary instrumentation, magnification, and advanced imaging. Collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists within Sage Dental to coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans and ensure continuity of patient care. Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, procedural steps, post-operative care, and long-term prognosis in a clear, compassionate, and patient-focused manner. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic health record, including radiographic interpretation, treatment notes, and follow-up recommendations. Adhere strictly to all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols, ensuring a clean, compliant, and comfortable clinical environment. Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture by working collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to optimize patient flow and experience. Participate in continuing education, training, and internal clinical collaboration to remain current with advances in endodontic techniques, materials, and technology. Support practice growth by fostering strong patient relationships, encouraging referrals, and upholding Sage Dental's standards of clinical excellence and customer service.
