$175,000-$300,000 per year Full-Time | W-2 Position An established comprehensive dental practice on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine is seeking an experienced associate dentist who combines strong clinical skills with warmth, confidence, and excellent communication. You'll step into an active schedule supported by a loyal patient base, consistent new-patient flow, and a strong hygiene program. You should be confident diagnosing patients' comprehensive needs, developing appropriate treatment plans, and explaining treatment clearly and without pressure. The associate dentist should be comfortable providing: Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning Direct and indirect restorative dentistry Crowns and bridges Complete and partial dentures Surgical extractions Implant restorations Emergency dental care Preventive and comprehensive patient education Experience placing implants is a significant advantage but is not required. Endodontic experience is also beneficial but is not required.
