Job Description
Introduction We're hiring dentists differently. If you're ready to own your own practice within 3-6 months instead of working toward it for years, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. DayOne Dental brings you into a partner-in-training model where ownership is the plan, not the dream. About the Role You'll start in our Winter Park office working 3.5 clinical days per week, earning competitive income from day one. Your first month focuses on one thing: proving your clinical ability and treatment philosophy. If you can deliver the procedures our patients need and practice conservatively with their best interest first, you're ready for the next phase. By month two, your practice search and transition begins in parallel with your clinical work. Within 3-6 months total, you become the lead dentist and owner of your own DayOne practice with our proven systems replicated and ready to execute. What You'll Do Deliver urgent care, same-day treatment, and comprehensive restorative care in a modern digital workflow Train and lead your own associate dentist (who will follow the same partner-in-training path) Transition from clinical production to clinical leadership and practice ownership Work alongside the founder (26+ years of clinical excellence) for ongoing training and support What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school (required) Valid Florida dental license (required) Clinical ability to handle urgent care, restorative, and comprehensive cases Conservative treatment philosophy with patient-first decision making Coachable mindset and willingness to learn systematized best practices Ambition to own and lead your own practice What Makes This Different Unlike associate roles that string you along with buyout promises, this is structured from day one: you're a partner-in-training, not an employee track. You'll see the financial model that drives owner income ($654,000+ annually in equity participation + collections), understand the network scaling strategy, and have direct access to the founder as you build. Our Winter Park office started with zero patients two months ago. We're now generating the financial model every new owner will replicate. You're not guessing—you're executing a proven system.
