$20,000 SIGN-ON

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
2,000+ patients served annually ~900 patients currently on the wait list Approximately 28 patients/day Established dental team Modern operatories and sterilization/lab facilities Dentrix Trios 6 Scanner
PAN/CBCT
Digital X-rays & intraoral cameras Nitrous oxide capabilities
YOUR ROLE
Provide comprehensive dental care including: Exams, diagnosis & treatment planning Preventive dentistry Fillings & restorations Crowns Extractions Basic endodontics Removable prosthodontics Pediatric, geriatric & special-needs dentistry Urgent/emergency dental care Oral cancer screenings Fluoride, sealants & SDF Patient education and specialty referrals Wisdom teeth, complex root canals, complete sedation, and select difficult pediatric cases are referred out.
REQUIREMENTS
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Eligible for Iowa dental licensure 1+ year clinical experience preferred Spanish/English bilingual preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for serving underserved and low-income populations
