Job Description
Associate Dentist - Crown Point, IN Area 4 Days Per Week | Private Practice | Partnership Potential | 2-3+ Years Experience Required This Is Not a Corporate Job We are a privately-owned, quality-focused dental practice in the Crown Point area looking for an Associate Dentist who wants more than just a paycheck. If you are tired of production quotas, revolving door management, and practicing dentistry by a corporate playbook — this is worth reading. About the Opportunity We are a doctor-led private practice with a strong, loyal patient base, an experienced clinical team, and a culture built on excellence, integrity, and genuine patient care. We are growing and looking for the right associate to grow with us. This is not just a job. Depending on the right fit, this opportunity has a path to buy-in and partnership for a doctor who wants to put down roots and build something of their own. What You Walk Into An established, active patient base — you are producing from day one A seasoned, tight-knit clinical team that takes pride in their work A doctor-owner who is present, invested, and genuinely interested in your success A practice culture grounded in core values — Excellence, Growth, Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, and Vision Modern technology including Dexis digital X-rays, CBCT imaging, iTero scanning, and Cerec same-day crown technology 4 days per week with flexibility on structure depending on the right person What We Are Looking For You are a clinician who takes their craft seriously. You do not cut corners, you care about your patients as people, and you want to work in an environment where quality is never sacrificed for speed. You are collaborative, humble enough to learn, and confident enough to produce. DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active Indiana dental license or eligibility to obtain one Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry — required Strong foundation across restorative, esthetic, and general procedures Experience with or willingness to learn Cerec same-day dentistry Someone who wants a long-term home — not a temporary stop Why Private Practice There is a meaningful difference between practicing in a privately-owned office and working for a corporation. Here, clinical decisions are made by doctors — not administrators. Your patients are your patients. Your reputation is your reputation. And when the practice succeeds, everyone around you feels it. Why Work at a Private Practice? You are treated as a valued professional, not a production number Clinical decisions are driven by what is best for the patient — every time A doctor-owner who is present and invested in your growth, not a distant corporate office Real patient relationships that develop over time A team culture where your voice and your clinical judgment are respected What the Future Could Look Like We are open to discussing employment structure, compensation, and a potential path to ownership with the right candidate. If you have ever thought about owning your own practice but wanted to do it the right way — with mentorship, an existing patient base, and a proven team already in place — this is a conversation worth having.
