We are currently seeking a part-time Dentist (8 hours per week) to join our team at LaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facility located in LaPorte, Indiana. The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments. Qualifications DDS or DMD Active, unrestricted IN license Active, unrestricted DEA Must pass background screening and credentialing Available Shift 1 day/week Day Shift No nights, holidays or weekends Centurion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings.
