Job Description
igning Bonus! General Dentist (DDS / DMD)—Community Based Clinic--Loan Repayment Eligible Location (Excellent opportunity for a New or Experienced Dentist) St. John, IN! Part-Time Positions available at $90.00 per hour. We are seeking a general Dentist to work in an employed model with a community based health clinic in East Chicago, IN that is an FQHC. The clinic is committed to providing comprehensive accessible and timely dental services to patients in the St. John area. The Dentist would work five days per week;3 days 8:00am-5:00pm one day 10:30am-7:00pm and Friday's 8:00am-3:00pm and have a full support team with a professional practice manager. There may be a possibility of a 4/ day schedule. The Dentist would work with a patient population that is under-served with the ability to make a qualitative difference in the dental care they receive. The office has four chairs plus 2 Hygiene and the patient volume averages 18 per day. Digital X-Ray on-site. This position also qualifies for loan repayment through the NHSC and it has a high
HRSA/ MUSA
rating. The Dentist can expect a base salary $160,000-$170,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K with match, malpractice insurance coverage, CE allowance of $1,500 and 5 days off for CE time and generous PTO time. The Dentist would be eligible to receive $25,000 per year (minimum of a two year commitment in exchange for $50,000) paid directly to their student loans. Compensation Package:
- $160,000-$170,000 Base Salary /with Signing Bonus and incentives.
