Role:

Radiant Grin Solutions LLC is looking for a talented and passionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice in Olathe, KS! This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, professional environment where your skills and dedication truly make a difference.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients Provide a full range of general dentistry services including restorations, extractions, and preventive care Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on comfort, safety, and positive outcomes Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic imaging to assess oral health conditions Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive dental practices Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program Active dental license in the state of Kansas (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in general dentistry; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and basic surgical dental procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
