Develop personalized treatment plans based on accurate dental diagnosis, including procedures like dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), orthodontics, dental implants, and oral surgery. Execute a wide range of general dentistry procedures with precision, adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients, fostering understanding and trust. Maintain meticulous medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws. Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional patient care, including pediatric dentistry for young patients and anesthesiology support when necessary for comfortable procedures. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and healthcare diagnosis methods to enhance service quality. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry as a General Dentist. Proven experience in dental office or clinic settings with proficiency in dental fabrication, medical documentation, and client communication. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Familiarity with practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, billing, and record keeping. Expertise in four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency during procedures. Experience performing complex procedures including root canals, dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Ability to interpret medical imaging results accurately for diagnosis purposes. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and education.
