Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PMPosition SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Pediatric Dentist to join a doctor-owned and doctor-led practice in Annapolis, Maryland.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Pediatric Dentists and recent Pediatric Dentistry residency graduates. The practice offers clinical autonomy, modern technology, strong clinical support, and a collaborative work environment.

Candidates who have completed their Pediatric Dentistry residency and are awaiting ABPD board certification/QE results may also be considered, provided they meet all other requirements.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care from infancy through adolescence.
• Perform preventive examinations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide restorative pediatric dentistry and emergency dental care.
• Educate patients and parents/caregivers on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Perform in-office sedation, as applicable.
• Provide hospital-based pediatric dentistry, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with clinical support staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide a safe, compassionate, and positive experience for pediatric patients.
  Qualifications Required
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency.
• Active Maryland dental license.
• Experience with sedation and/or hospital-based pediatric dentistry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered pediatric dental care. Additional Information
• No minimum years of experience required.
• Recent Pediatric Dentistry residency graduates are welcome.
• Experienced Pediatric Dentists are encouraged to apply.
• ABPD board certification is accepted.
• Candidates awaiting ABPD board certification/QE results after completing residency may be considered.
• Candidates currently obtaining their Maryland dental license must have an active license to be considered. Schedule & Call
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Light call responsibilities.
• No regularly scheduled evening or weekend office hours. Compensation
