Job Summary We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our established, doctor-owned private practice in Maine. The practice is equipped with:

CBCT CEREC and in-office crown milling iTero digital scanning Digital radiography Laser dentistry Modern digital workflows The doctor typically sees approximately 13 patients per day with a well-organized clinical flow. Our approach is centered on comprehensive treatment planning and providing patients with high-quality, long-term solutions. The practice has a particular strength in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including veneers, crowns, implants, and comprehensive smile rehabilitation. The Opportunity The incoming Associate Dentist will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care while developing their own patient base within an already established practice. We are particularly interested in a dentist who values clinical quality, patient relationships, and the independence of private practice. Experience is preferred; however, we are also open to a motivated dentist earlier in their career who is eager to continue developing clinically. Mentorship and clinical guidance are available. For a dentist interested in establishing roots in Maine and becoming an integral part of the practice, there is a pathway to partnership/ownership. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Current or eligible for Maine dental licensure Strong restorative and general dentistry skills Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and the broader clinical team Interest in continuing to expand clinical skills and services Experienced dentists are encouraged to apply; mentorship is available for the right candidate Schedule Monday
