Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a compassionate manner and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental health. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and pediatric dentistry. The Associate Dentist will play a key role in ensuring patient satisfaction and fostering a welcoming environment for all patients. Compensation 33-35% of Collections. Responsibilities Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive and restorative treatments. Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose dental conditions using appropriate diagnostic tools. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Perform various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and bridges. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Strong knowledge of dental terminology. Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating leadership qualities.
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
