a bustling shopping center with an orthodontist as your next-door neighbor. We're looking for an associate dentist ready to build a patient base from day one — not inherit someone else's. You'll have real say in how care is delivered here, backed by a team that's still actively shaping its culture, not one that's already set in stone. What you'll do Deliver general dentistry: exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions Perform specialized procedures — root canals, prosthodontics, oral surgery, pediatric care when applicable Diagnose and build personalized treatment plans for each patient Work four-handed with hygienists and assistants to keep the day running smoothly Chart accurately in Open Dental, staying HIPAA-compliant throughout Educate patients clearly so they understand their options and next steps What you bring Active state dental license (DEA registration preferred) Solid chairside experience across general and specialized procedures Comfort with dental software (i.e. Open Dental, Curve, Dentrix) Clear communication with patients - high case acceptance rate A genuine interest in helping build a practice, not just staff one The details
