SCHOOL-BASED CLINIC Oxford, Mississippi Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:

Financial Package:

$160,000-$200,000 base salary with a straight-salary model and no production, collections, or encounter-based risk.

Additional Bonus Incentives:

$12,000 annual bonus paid quarterly at $3,000 per quarter and tied to attendance and quality metrics.

Sign-On Bonus:

$5,000 sign-on bonus plus an additional $5,000 retention payment at the one-year anniversary.

Relocation Stipend:

$5,000 relocation assistance.

Skillset:

General dentist comfortable treating pediatric patients across the K-12 age range, as well as adult school district staff. A public health mindset is highly valued.

Experience:

Two to three years of independent practice experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
