Are you looking for a private-practice opportunity where you can build meaningful patient relationships, grow clinically and begin with a genuinely busy schedule? Frenchtown Dental is seeking a full-time associate dentist to join our established, independently owned practice in beautiful Western Montana. Our current full-time associate is relocating, creating an immediate opportunity to step into an active patient base. With approximately 50-60 new patients joining our practice each month, you will not be waiting months to build a schedule. We are a relationship-centered general dental practice that welcomes both patients seeking traditional dentistry and those interested in a more holistic, whole-health approach. We listen carefully to our patients' concerns, discuss their options openly and help them make informed decisions about their care. amalgam-removal protocols Ozone therapy Adult and pediatric airway-focused dentistry Sleep-disordered breathing screening and oral appliance therapy Invisalign and clear-aligner treatment Laser dentistry Myofunctional and interdisciplinary care Previous experience in these areas is not required. We are looking for a dentist who is curious, teachable and interested in understanding how oral health connects with the health of the whole person. Who We're Looking For Our ideal associate: Holds or is eligible for a Montana dental license Provides compassionate, ethical and clinically excellent care Takes time to listen and communicate with patients Enjoys working collaboratively with an experienced team Is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry Is interested in holistic dentistry and willing to learn SMART protocols, ozone therapy and airway-focused care Wants to develop lasting patient relationships Values the independence and culture of a privately owned practice Experienced dentists and motivated new graduates are both encouraged to apply. Mentorship is available, and the position can be shaped around the right dentist's experience, interests and long-term goals.
