We have proudly served our community for 25 years and are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. What You Can Expect An established and growing patient base: Existing patients and new patients will be shared between Dr. Grimm and the associate.

Mentorship that fits your needs:

Close mentorship or a more autonomous approach is available based on your preference and experience level. Dr. Grimm is available for case reviews and consultation whenever needed or requested.

iTero scanners, CBCT, and quality materials and instruments.

Private practice setting:

A privately owned office serving the Kernersville community for 25 years, with an emphasis on patient comfort, trust, and personalized care. Compensation Standard starting compensation includes a $750 guaranteed daily minimum per full clinical day worked (8:00AM to 5:00PM); Partial days will be pro-rated , with quarterly reconciliation to 33% of collections attributable to your services . When 33% of your quarterly collections exceeds the guaranteed compensation paid for that quarter, you receive the difference as an additional payment. Starting compensation is open to negotiation, and compensation terms are reviewed annually based on experience, performance, and schedule. Total earnings depend on days worked and collections, with part-time and full-time opportunities available. Schedule Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with lunch from 1:00-2:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with the associate's working days agreed upon during the hiring process.
