Immediate opportunity for an experienced general dentist to join a smooth-running team in a family dentistry practice serving Lenoir, NC, and surrounding communities.

Polished, mature, and well-appointed dental practice located in Lenoir, NC, where the dentists operate with an owner mentality. It is currently run by the Partner who will be retiring and he has an associate general dentist who is also educated with advanced training in functional occlusion through LVI. Their combined knowledge rounds out the needs of this demographic nicely, providing basic general dentistry, advanced ortho, implant prosthodontics, and some surgical components. The technology is present to do endo and implant services; however, this practice currently doesn't stand out in the community for those services yet. Additionally staffed with three Hygienists, three Dental Assistants, two Front Desk, and an Office Manager. Located near Boone with gorgeous mountain views on your way into the office, featuring a pleasant community, and having established financing in place for the patient base. We have a Dental Assistant II with the capacity to do many advanced restorative needs, freeing up the Dentist to operate out of multiple rooms and be more productive. Outfitted with CBCT and 3 Nomads, it's an all-digital practice. Here, relationships matter, and you have the time to establish those relationships. Operates very much like a private practice, but with the financial support of a DSO, so the business side of the practice is out of sight, out of mind for the doctor in this location. Our organization offers a mentor program and a DDS Academy for advanced training in anything the doctors want to learn! WE WANT you to be as successful as you want to be and happy with your skill set.

Compensation:

28-32% of Production based on experience, or up to 30% collections. $700-1000 daily negotiable guarantee for 3-6 months.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Well-run and well-managed family dentistry practice is seeking an experienced general dentist to replace a retiring doctor in Lenoir, NC. This office is providing comprehensive dental services including general, orthodontics, surgical, hygiene & periodontal, and prosthodontics. We can do full mouth reconstructions with an emphasis on functional occlusion, advanced care for TMD and cosmetic veneers.

Practice notes:

Majority of the patient population ranges from about 20 years old to 70 years old.

Accept PPO and in network with select dental plans 10 treatment rooms with 2 more ready to be outfitted Staffed with one additional doctor, 3 hygienists, and 3 dental assistants We are looking for a doctor who is kind, ambitious, fair, relationship-based, responsible, accountable, detail oriented, friendly, precise, intelligent, thorough, and with a good heart. Your responsibilities will be to deliver all general dentistry. Surgical and endo a plus, implants a plus. We can train in our academy on anything needed.

Very cozy, comfortable, family, not clinic-y environment. Averages 46 new patients a month. Cost of living is below the US average; the largest share of households have an income in the $75k-$100k range per Data USA's bucket breakdown. Despite the median being about $50k, there's a genuine cluster of households in a more comfortable bracket.
