What We're Looking For We're hiring a part-time, independent contractor (1099) BCBA or BCaBA to join our growing team. This is a great fit for someone who: Is passionate about assent-based and trauma-informed ABA practices Wants to work primarily in-person with clients in the Raleigh/Cary area Is open to occasional hybrid/telehealth sessions when appropriate Is looking for flexible, part-time hours right now Brings strong clinical judgment, empathy, and genuine respect for client autonomy Requirements Active North Carolina license (LBA) BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing Reliable transportation for in-person sessions across Raleigh/Cary Details Employment type: Independent Contractor (1099)
