RDH - FULL-ARCH IMPLANT CLINICIAN

$75-$100+/Hour + Bonuses | Benefits | 401(k) | Profit Sharing | Flexible Schedule Ready for something beyond traditional hygiene? We are seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist with a NJ Local Anesthesia Permit who wants to take their career in an entirely different direction. Join a highly specialized Full-Arch All-on-X implant practice and become an integral part of guiding patients from their initial records through surgery, healing, digital design, trial smiles, final zirconia prosthetics and long-term implant maintenance. Full-arch experience is highly desirable — but we will train the right exceptional clinician. What You'll Learn & Do Work directly with our implant surgeon and team in: Advanced implant maintenance and postoperative care Preoperative records and patient preparation Suture removal and healing therapies Intraoral scanning and photogrammetry Clinical photography Full-arch prosthetic maintenance and adjustments Digital workflows and trial-smile design Long-term maintenance of Full-Arch implant patients Who We're Looking For You must be an experienced RDH who is clinically excellent, highly organized, compassionate, motivated, technologically comfortable and eager to learn. NJ Local Anesthesia Permit required. If you've mastered traditional hygiene and find yourself asking "What's next?" — this may be it.
