Overview:
Lead Dentist - Clear Path to Ownership | High-Performing General & Implant Practice Are you a talented, relationship-driven dentist passionate about comprehensive care and a desire to own your practice? This is your opportunity to join an elite practice with mentorship, strong clinical volume, and a clear path to equity/ownership. The current owner is a University of Michigan Dental School graduate and Fellowship-trained implantologist—leads this established, high-tech general practice along with a part-time orthodontist. With a growing patient base and the recent departure of an associate, we're looking for a Lead Dentist to join our team and grow into a long-term ownership role. Why Join Us? Structured Path to
Ownership:
You'll have a clearly defined transition timeline (12-18 months) with business and clinical mentorship every step of the way.
Award-Winning Leadership:
Work directly with the owner who was, named "Top Dentist of NJ" and "Best of the Best" in Monmouth County, who brings advanced training in implants, post-doctoral education at Mountainside Hospital, and a laid-back but excellence-driven office culture.
Strong Patient Flow:
45-50 new monthly patients with consistent demand across general, surgical, and implant dentistry.
Collaborative, Skilled Team:
3 Doctors 3 Hygienists 3 Dental Assistants (1 EFT) Strong front desk and administrative support 8 total operatories + 2 additional plumbed ops for future growth
What You'll Do:
Deliver full-scope general dentistry, with a high volume of endodontics and implant cases. Lead patient treatment planning with a compassionate and confident approach. Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain clinical quality and a positive culture. Build toward partnership with mentorship in business operations and ownership logistics.
Technology & Equipment:
State-of-the-art systems, including digital imaging, implant supplies, sedation options, and an ortho bay. Tech-forward and investment-ready.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
3+ years of clinical experience, ideally with
AEGD/GPR
training.
Procedures:
Must be comfortable with root canals and implants.
Schedule:
Part-time to start (2-4 days/week) with the potential to increase as you grow into ownership.
Compensation Structure:
$300,000+ annual potential earnings (final structure negotiable based on experience and timeline to equity). INDDRIO02
