Lanzi Burke Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons is seeking a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our established, highly respected 100% private practice in Southern New Jersey. For more than four decades, our practice has been a trusted name in oral and maxillofacial surgery throughout South Jersey. With three convenient office locations in Haddonfield, Woolwich Township, and Washington Township, four current surgeons, and a referral network of more than 300 dentists, this is an opportunity to step into a busy, well-supported practice with strong surgical volume from day one. The Opportunity This is a full-time, four-day-per-week associate position with an early pathway to partnership. Partnership discussions may begin after six months of the initial associateship for the right surgeon, based on performance, fit, and long-term alignment with the practice. We are looking for a motivated, personable, clinically excellent surgeon who wants to build a long-term professional home in a thriving private practice. This job is the beginning of a career of ownership not a corporate production role. The right candidate will have clinical autonomy, strong mentorship and collaboration, excellent case flow, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a respected surgeon-led practice. The Practice Lanzi Burke Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons offers a broad scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. The practice has historically treated complex cases involving the maxillofacial region, including sleep apnea surgery, orthognathic surgery, craniofacial implants, cleft palate surgery, trauma and other more complex procedures however dentoalveolar with an emphasis on dental implants including full-arch cases predominate. The practice is built to support a productive surgeon.
