The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Private practice, non-DSO, setting Strong mentorship program if requested Office procedures include implants, root canals, aligners, traditional braces Ideal candidate is coachable and a team player Minimum 6 months experience, over 1 year preferred Strongly prefer candidates who are already credentialed with most dental insurances Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize medical imaging techniques for diagnostics and treatment planning. Provide patient education on oral health and preventive care practices. Collaborate with dental team in an approach to enhance patient care. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
