Our practices deliver best-in-class dental care to adults 18 and older, with a focus on tooth replacement: high-volume extractions, dentures, and implants. You'll have access to state-of-the-art technology, including 3D cone beam imaging and an on-site denture lab, plus industry-leading live implant training and a generous compensation package. Compensation $200,000 - $400,000 / year Up to $10,000 in signing incentives Unique Benefits Competitive compensation structure Full medical, dental, and supplemental insurance for full-time associates 401(k) with company match 24 days of paid time off per year Malpractice insurance coverage Licensure reimbursement Hands-on mentoring from the practice owner What Sets Our Practice Apart On-site denture lab State-of-the-art facility with 3D cone beam imaging Monday-Friday schedule — no nights, no weekends Backing of the world's largest implant provider Responsibilities Consult, diagnose, plan, and provide care in a removable prosthetic and implant-focused practice Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Provide removable prosthetic and extraction services, including all related clinical steps Collaborate with the on-site lab to design dentures and partials Offer a full range of tooth replacement options: removable, fixed, and implant-based Stay current on developments in dentistry through structured continuing education Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Surgical experience with complex cases strongly preferred Implant experience preferred, not required Compassionate, patient-focused provider with strong chairside manner and a team-oriented mindset #
