Our practice operates with 2 full-time doctors and a dedicated hygiene team of 6 hygienists. As a Dental Associate, you will perform a variety of dental procedures, assist with patient assessments, and ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and best practices. Your energetic approach and dedication will help foster a positive experience for every patient you serve. Responsibilities Provide high-quality general dentistry services including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, & root canal therapy. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnosis of dental conditions using appropriate medical imaging and dental terminology. Perform advanced procedures such as dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry with precision and care. Utilize dental practice management software such as curve to document patient records accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance and adhering to state healthcare regulations. Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures. Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions while fostering trust and client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry setups to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort. Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure all dental fabrication processes meet quality standards. Experience Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience practicing as a dentist . Proficient in endodontics, extractions, amalgam and composite restorations, and crown/bridge & pediatric dentistry procedures. Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting with hands-on practice in general dentistry procedures. Strong knowledge of dental diagnosis, anatomy, medical terminology, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques. Ability to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry and healthcare regulations related to medical documentation and client communication. Excellent bedside manner with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering high-quality dentistry.

Compensation & Schedule Schedule:
