- Portland, Oregon The Modern Orthodontist and Portland Braces are seeking an experienced Associate Orthodontist to join and help shape the next chapter of two patient-centered practices serving the greater Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area.
Role:
This opportunity is ideal for an orthodontist seeking clinical autonomy, long-term growth, and the opportunity to practice across two established orthodontic offices in one of the Pacific Northwest's most desirable markets. The Associate Orthodontist will provide comprehensive orthodontic care at The Modern Orthodontist in Vancouver, Washington, and Portland Braces in Portland, Oregon, delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences within modern, technology-driven practice environments. We are offering a highly competitive, premium compensation structure to recognize the level of experience, leadership, and commitment needed for this role. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership and an experienced team to enhance clinical excellence, optimize patient flow, and further develop a thriving, relationship-driven practice culture. While an experienced orthodontist is preferred, candidates at all stages of their careers are encouraged to apply. Applicants may currently hold orthodontic licensure in either Washington or Oregon, provided they are willing to obtain licensure in the second state to support care across both locations.
