Job Description
A very successful private practice in Annville, PA is currently searching for a full time General Dentist due to growth. This practice is 14 operatories, fully digital, CBCT, iTero, and intraoral cameras, and is PPO/FFS only. The practice has 6 Hygienists, is currently seeing over 100 new patients a month, and has a well defined path to equity and the current Associate is averaging $130K/month in production. This practice is owned by an Oral Surgeon and also has a Pediatric Dentist on the team. Their compensation program includes a daily rate for a period of time and very aggressive percentage of collections.
