Dream Smile Dental is an established privately owned practice in the community and we are looking to add an experienced General Dentist with a good personality to join our team in Germantown, Philadelphia . Our current dentist is retiring and this is an excellent opportunity to inherit an existing pool of patients and steady caseload.

Key Points:

Consistent schedule with steady stream of existing and new patients. Well-organized practice with mix of Medicaid and private insurance patients. Excellent clinical support by well-trained Hygienist/EFDA/Dental Assistants. This position offers a pathway to equity partnership for dedicated, long-term candidates.

Compensation :

Daily minimum for an initial period of 3 months 30-35% of
