Orahh Care Dental Community seeks a General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered oral health care in a warm, neighborhood-focused setting. You will perform exams, restorative and preventive treatments, and simple extractions while using modern digital technology and evidence-based practices. The role emphasizes patient education, collaborative teamwork with hygienists and assistants, and active participation in community outreach and oral health education initiatives. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry care including exams, fillings, crowns, simple extractions, and preventive services Develop patient-centered treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and preventive care Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records and documentation in practice management systems Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, high-quality care Use modern dental technology and evidence-based practices to deliver safe, effective treatment Participate in community outreach, screenings, and education programs to promote oral health Ensure infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols are consistently followed Communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse patient populations Contribute to quality improvement and clinical best-practice initiatives Mentor team members and support a culture of continuous learning and collaboration Required Skills Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges) Preventive dentistry and patient education Simple extractions and minor oral surgery Endodontic diagnosis and basic root canal therapy Use of digital radiography and intraoral imaging Electronic dental records and practice management software Local anesthesia and pain management Infection control and sterilization protocols Treatment planning and case presentation Interdisciplinary care and referral coordination
