- Lincoln & Woonsocket, Rhode Island Happy Smile is looking for an experienced, full-time Associate Dentist to join our established dental practices in Lincoln and Woonsocket, Rhode Island .

175 Harris Avenue, Woonsocket, RI Both offices have been serving patients at these same locations for more than 20 years . We acquired the practices from retiring dentists and are proud to continue the legacy they built. Our offices have well-established patient bases and long-term patients , providing an excellent opportunity for an associate dentist to step into a busy, established practice. The Position We are looking for an associate dentist who is experienced, confident, and comfortable practicing independently . The ideal candidate should be able to diagnose and treatment-plan patients, perform comprehensive general dentistry, and manage their own patient schedule without requiring a senior dentist to oversee their clinical decisions on a routine basis . This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to work in a stable, established practice with a loyal patient base. Compensation First 6 months: Guaranteed $850/day After 6 months: Compensation transitions to 40% of collections No lab fees: All laboratory fees are covered by the practice owner Full-time position Qualifications & Requirements Active Rhode Island dental license in good standing Experienced general dentist who can work independently Current CPR/BLS certification Current OSHA and HIPAA compliance Current professional malpractice insurance Must be in good standing with the Rhode Island Dental Board No unresolved patient complaints or pending legal/disciplinary matters involving patients or the dental board Strong communication and clinical skills Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Why Join Happy Smile?
