We're looking for a talented, personable general dentist to lead our clinical care from day one and help shape the culture of the practice as we grow. Because our ownership team handles the business and operations side, you get to do what you trained for — practice excellent dentistry and build lasting relationships with patients — without carrying the administrative load. The Opportunity A true ground-floor role: help build a practice starting with a couple days per week, set the clinical standard, and grow with us. Full clinical autonomy — you lead diagnosis, treatment planning, and standard of care. A dedicated Operations Manager and non-clinical ownership handle scheduling, billing, staffing, and the business, so you can focus on patients. Modern, brand-new office and technology in one of the Lowcountry's most desirable communities. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive general dentistry — exams, preventive care, restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, and related procedures. Lead the clinical team and set the standard for quality, safety, and patient experience. Build genuine, trust-based relationships and clearly explain treatment options to patients. Partner with the Operations Manager on scheduling, patient flow, and practice growth. Champion the "wow" patient experience that defines the practice. What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active South Carolina dental license (or license-eligible), Medicaid ID, DEA registration, and the ability to obtain malpractice coverage. Strong clinical skills across general dentistry, and warm, clear communication with patients and team. Comfort and enthusiasm for a growing, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
