Job Description
Make a Difference Every Day. ReGenesis Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our growing dental team. As our practices continue to expand throughout Spartanburg and Union Counties, including our innovative school-based and mobile dental programs, you'll have the opportunity to improve the oral health of children, adults, and underserved families throughout Upstate South Carolina. If you're looking for a career where you can practice comprehensive dentistry, build lasting patient relationships, and truly impact your community, we'd love to meet you. $145,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience Productivity Bonus + Quarterly Incentive + NHSC & PSLF Loan Repayment Eligibility You'll be a great fit if: You are mission-minded and committed to providing great oral health care to the underserved You can interact positively with a diverse patient population, of all ages, backgrounds, and personalities and provide care in a manner that is appropriate and meets patient's individualized needs You are confident in delivering direct patient care, including Assessment of patient's general health and readiness to undergo dental treatment Evaluation and diagnosis of dental conditions Performing procedures involved in the scope of general dentistry, including fillings, extractions, basic endodontics, basic fixed and removable prosthodontics You can apply evidence-based diagnostic and treatment techniques to meet accepted standards of dental care You can effectively communicate and educate patients on the importance of oral health and work alongside them as they work to achieve a state of oral health You are comfortable and enjoy treating pediatric patients You have a positive and innovative attitude toward the interdisciplinary delivery of dental care.
