This onsite role is ideal for a licensed dentist who is passionate about general dentistry, comprehensive patient care, and long-term oral health. As an Associate Dentist, you'll provide preventive and restorative dental care, perform comprehensive exams, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients, and collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members. We value clinical excellence, teamwork, proactive communication, and exceptional patient experiences. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental exams for patients of all ages Perform general dentistry, preventive care, and other procedures with precision and professionalism Diagnose and treat dental conditions while ensuring patient comfort and understanding Develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term oral health Educate patients on maintaining oral health in a clear, supportive manner Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA and practice protocols Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff Engage in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge Supervisory Responsibilities No immediate direct reports Skills & Qualifications Valid dental license to practice in the state of Tennessee Skills in general dentistry Great communication skills
