In this role, you will deliver high-quality dental care to diverse patient populations, including pediatric and adult patients, utilizing your expertise in general dentistry and specialized procedures. You will be responsible for diagnosing dental conditions, developing treatment plans, performing procedures, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to accurately diagnose oral health issues. Perform a wide range of dental procedures Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to enhance diagnosis and treatment outcomes. Maintain precise medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality of patient records. Collaborate with the dental team using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term wellness. Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe clinical environment. Communicate effectively with patients using clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment plans while fostering trust and rapport. Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist. Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix or similar platforms for scheduling, documentation, and billing. Demonstrated experience in general dentistry . Knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology related to healthcare diagnosis and treatment procedures. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
