General Dentist - Private Practice We are a busy, fast-paced private dental practice seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and compassionate General Dentist to join our team. We are looking for a provider who is confident in diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions and who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a positive patient experience. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions Develop and present appropriate treatment plans Provide general restorative and preventative dental treatment Educate patients regarding oral health, preventative care, and proper oral hygiene Review patient dental and medical histories and maintain accurate clinical documentation Communicate treatment recommendations clearly and compassionately with patients Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and front-office staff to provide efficient patient care Maintain high standards of clinical quality, infection control, and patient safety Perform additional duties as necessary to promote the overall oral health and well-being of our patients Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Current and unrestricted dental license Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to providing excellent patient care What We're Looking For We are looking for a dentist who is motivated to grow with our practice, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of building trust and long-term relationships with patients.
