Job Description

Experienced Dentist |
Private Practice Our Two Locations:
Pflugerville Our Pflugerville practice has been serving the community since 2013 and has grown into a busy, established multi-doctor office with a large patient base. We typically have 3-4 doctors working on any given day, creating a highly collaborative environment where our doctors can discuss cases, bounce ideas off one another, and continue learning from each other. Whitestone - Cedar Park Our Whitestone location opened in 2020 and has continued to build its presence and patient base in the Cedar Park community. The office currently has one full-time doctor, and adding another experienced associate is an exciting part of the continued growth of this location. Working at Whitestone provides the opportunity to develop your own patient relationships, work alongside an established doctor and team, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth and success of the practice. Together , the two locations offer the best of both worlds: the resources and collaboration of a larger multi-doctor practice combined with the opportunity to help grow and make an impact within a newer location. Why Join Us? Privately owned — not corporate or DSO Large, established patient base across two locations Typically 3-4 doctors working each day, creating plenty of opportunity for collaboration and case discussion Broad range of procedures and opportunities to expand your clinical skills Supportive, experienced, and fun team culture Strong opportunity for continued education and professional growth Excellent long-term earning potential Opportunity to build a career with a growing practice Earning Potential Full-time associates have the opportunity to earn $150,000+ annually, with significantly higher earning potential based on clinical skill set, production, schedule, and individual drive. Motivated associates with advanced clinical skills may have the potential to earn $300,000-$500,000+. We want our doctors to continue investing in themselves, expanding their skills, and growing both clinically and financially. Who We're Looking For This position is for an experienced dentist who can hit the ground running. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required. This is not currently a new-graduate position.
Our ideal candidate:
Has excellent communication and people skills Is clinically confident and comfortable with a busy patient schedule Values teamwork and enjoys collaborating with other doctors Is motivated to continue learning and expanding their skill set Takes ownership of their professional growth Is comfortable working at both our Pflugerville and Cedar Park locations Is looking for a long-term career opportunity, not simply their next job Advanced Skills We offer a broad range of procedures and are especially interested in candidates with advanced clinical skills. Please list any advanced procedures you perform on your resume/CV. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their experience and may be asked to provide examples of clinical work, including appropriate photographs and radiographs. Interested? If you're an experienced dentist looking for a privately owned practice where you can grow your skills, collaborate with other doctors, build a strong patient base, and significantly increase your earning potential, we'd love to meet you! Please submit your CV/resume for consideration .
