Company Overview Access Dental is a growing dental practice in South Texas (Harlingen, Edinburg, McAllen and Weslaco area), dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care to underserved communities, ensuring that everyone has access to essential oral health services. Summary We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our compassionate team in providing exceptional dental care in a supportive environment located in the heart of our community. This role is vital in helping us fulfill our mission of serving those in need while promoting overall health and wellness. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment plans. Perform pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and general dentistry procedures. Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices. Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and techniques. Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid TX state dental license. Strong skills in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and general dentistry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred. Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
