This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

8/6 Monday & Wednesday, 8am
6pm Tuesday & Thursday, 10am

Setting:

Clinic Procedures/Cases:

98% of patients are adults.

Procedures needed:

Fillings, Ortho

Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry.

Number of Dental Assistants:

1-2 per dentist,

Number of Hygienists:

Credentialing Timeframe:

~1-2 days

Requirements:

Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Facility Location Steeped in history and cultural heritage, Alexandria is a charming town with a Colonial atmosphere and rich European flair.
