Job Description
Experienced General Dentist - Full Time Smile Makers Dental Center is seeking a Full-Time, Experienced General Dentist to join our growing team, providing care across our Woodbridge and Bailey's Crossroads locations . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced doctor who is passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry, values strong patient relationships, and enjoys practicing within a collaborative, multi-specialty environment. Smile Makers Dental Center is a privately owned, multi-specialty DSO with six locations throughout Northern Virginia. We are committed to clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and a patient experience built around compassion, communication, and trust. Both locations offer an established patient base, consistent patient flow, and experienced clinical and administrative support teams. Candidates must have experience practicing in a private-practice setting. Position Highlights Full-Time Position Schedule divided between Woodbridge and Bailey's Crossroads Opportunity for Saturdays Established patient base with strong hygiene recall Consistent new and existing patient flow Experienced dental assistants and administrative support Collaborative multi-specialty environment Clinical mentorship and support available Modern technology, including CBCT, Diagnocat AI, and iTero Opportunity for long-term growth within a six-location organization Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, restorative dentistry, basic endodontics, extractions, dental implants, and comprehensive treatment planning Diagnose and present treatment using evidence-based standards of care Deliver an exceptional patient experience through clear communication, education, and empathy Develop strong, long-term relationships with patients Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain efficient daily operations and continuity of care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Support a team-oriented culture focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction What We're Looking For DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school Active Virginia dental license in good standing Strong comprehensive treatment planning and case presentation skills Excellent communication and patient-relationship skills Confidence managing a busy general dentistry schedule Commitment to high-quality dentistry and ethical treatment planning Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care Compensation & Contract Structure Contract-based position Competitive percentage-based compensation following the daily minimum period CE support and mentorship opportunities Strong clinical and operational support Opportunity for professional and clinical growth within our six-location
