Shift Detail:
5am-130pm two days per week and includes every other weekend and rotating holidays Work where every moment matters. JOB SUMMARY
Obtains menu selections, preferences and allergies/intolerances from patients of all age groups. Ensures menus are accurate according to prescribed dietary order utilizing appropriate information systems and by communicating with dietitians, food service associates, cooks, nursing staff and management regarding patient/resident care.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtains patient menu selections consistent with current diet order and any cultural or individualized requirements or requests. Utilizes all required computerized reports at each meal to check tray tickets before the meal service starts. Makes corrections to tray tickets according to prescribed diet orders. Obtains daily report of patients/residents receiving nourishments, tube feedings, and supplements. May assist in gathering and/or delivering products as needed. Assists with assembling and delivering patient/resident meals. Perform other related duties as required.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Experience:
One year of experience in nutrition related or customer service field
