Learn more about our benefits at: http://www.ensignbenefits.com/ What You'll Do Assist with meal preparation under the direction of the Dietary Manager or Cook Set up dining areas to create a clean, welcoming environment Deliver meals, dishes, and trays to residents in a timely manner Ensure food is prepared according to dietary guidelines and physician orders Substitute menu items as needed to meet resident dietary requirements Stock, label, rotate, and monitor food items for freshness and quality Properly store unused food according to food safety standards Wash dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and maintain kitchen cleanliness Remove trash and dispose of leftovers safely Follow daily cleaning schedules and maintain a clean-as-you-go work environment Prepare meals that are both nutritious and appealing What We're Looking For Experience cooking in large quantities is required Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions accurately Dietary or healthcare food service experience preferred Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and quality Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Start a Rewarding Career Today If you're ready to use your culinary skills to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
