Role:
As an Assistant Dietary Manager at Accolade Healthcare of Savoy, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our dietary services department.
This includes:
Supervising a team of dietary staff to ensure that patients receive high-quality food services and excellent customer service Coordinating menus, food preparation, and delivery to meet the nutritional needs of our patients Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of dietary services policies and procedures Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care Conduct staff training and provide coaching to improve performance and skills Monitor and control food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
