Dietary Aide South Mountain Rehab Center Boonsboro, MD Join Our Team! South Mountain Rehab Center is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Dietary Aides to join our dietary services team. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you! As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, appealing meals while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly. Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner. Deliver and collect meal trays. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas. Stock food and supplies as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures. Work closely with the dietary team to provide excellent service to our residents.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus but not required . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable with a positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings.
