09/01/2026 Dietary Coordinator Program Status (hours) Make a real impact-help someone build independence while building a career, you're proud of. The Dietary Services Coordinator is responsible for food ordering, meal preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. This role helps ensure high-quality food service while supporting the health, well-being, and dietary needs of the individuals served by Hope Network. What You'll Do Order food and maintain inventory levels Prepare and serve meals according to menus, dietary needs, and food safety standards Coordinate food service for special events, holidays, and resident activities Maintain kitchen, dining, storage, and food preparation areas in a clean and sanitary manner Monitor food storage, temperatures, and inventory to ensure compliance and quality Accommodate special diets, dietary restrictions, and therapeutic meal plans Participate in inspections, staff meetings, and required trainings Maintain accurate records, inventories, and food service documentation Collaborate with staff and departments to support the needs of individuals served What We're Looking For Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail and food safety practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
What You Bring Preferred:
1-2 years of dietary, food service, healthcare, or senior living experience Safe Serve Certification Experience in hospitals, nursing facilities, residential care, or congregate meal settings
Required:
