We are looking for a positive and reliable Part-Time Dietary Aides who understands how important his/her work is to providing quality care for residents.

Available shifts:

6 am -2:30 pm every other weekend 4 pm -7 pm Main responsibilities: Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms Cleaning eating areas after meals Bringing in delivered food items from vendors providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation Additional duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of safe food preparation and handling techniques. Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job. Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members. Ability to be patient and polite. Ability to be accurate, concise and detail-oriented. Ability to read, speak, understand and communicate effectively in English through verbal and written means.
