Job Description

Dietary Aide - Assisted Living Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our residents! We are currently seeking a dependable and caring Dietary Aide to join our Assisted Living team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors, being part of a team, and helping create a positive dining experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation and food service for residents Prepare and portion food according to menus and dietary guidelines Set up the dining room and assist with serving meals, beverages, and snacks Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with kitchen cleanup after meals Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area Stock food, beverages, and kitchen supplies as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures Assist cooks and other dietary team members as needed Provide friendly and respectful service to residents Follow residents' dietary needs and restrictions as directed
Qualifications:
Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good communication and customer service skills Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to dietary requirements Compassionate and comfortable working with seniors Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform typical kitchen duties Why Join Our Team?
