Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow dietary restrictions and guidelines provided by the facility.
  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
  • Collaborate with culinary team to ensure meals are prepared according to menu specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and address any concerns or special requests.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service or a culinary background is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure meals are served on schedule.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and staff members.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
