Dietary Aide Job Summary:
The Waters of Kingsport Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dedicated team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional meal service and support. Responsibilities:
Assist the dietary team in preparing and serving a variety of meals and snacks to residents, including those with special dietary needs and restrictions Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards Assist with food preparation, including food storage, labeling, and inventory management Monitor and document resident food intake and preferences to tailor meal service to individual needs Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement meal plans that meet resident needs and preferences Assist with resident dining, including setting tables, serving meals, and clearing tables Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that residents receive exceptional dining experiences
Requirements:
