JOB SUMMARY

Prepares, cooks and serves food in a sanitary manner according to posted menu using furnished standardized recipes and procedures Assures food is served at proper temperatures and at scheduled times Responsible for serving diets according to physician's diet orders

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Health care dietary experience preferred Food handler's certification card

Specific Requirements:
