Dietary Aide - PT High Point Residence - 2.6 Germantown, WI Job Details Part-time $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Kitchen health and safety standards Food service health code compliance Simple food item preparation Working with seniors High school diploma or GED Food safety sanitizing procedures Older adults Assisting food service staff Cleaning messes in dining areas Communication skills Entry level Meal assistance Full Job Description Dietary Aide - Part-Time High Point Residence Germantown North Germantown, WI Schedule Part-Time Every Monday required Every other weekend required Dietary Service hours are 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Holiday availability may be required About the Role High Point Residence Germantown North is looking for a dependable and caring Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our team! The Dietary Aide assists with meal service, food preparation, cleaning, sanitation, and other daily dietary operations. This position plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen and dining environment. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and service Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and food service supplies Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness throughout the kitchen Assist the Dietary Director and dietary team with daily operations Follow food safety and sanitation requirements Provide friendly and respectful service to residents Work cooperatively as part of the community team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous dietary, food service, or senior living experience is a plus Previous experience working with older adults preferred Ability to obtain a Food Handler Permit as required by Wisconsin regulations Compassion and a desire to work with seniors Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision Strong communication and teamwork skills Must meet all applicable health requirements and successfully complete required background checks Must be available every Monday and every other weekend If you are dependable, enjoy working with seniors, and want to be part of a positive and supportive team, we would love to hear from you!
